All’Antico Vinaio holds legendary status in Florence, though since my first try of their paninos back in 2015, branches have cropped up all over including in Rome, Milan, Naples and even New York. With a queue on each side of the street snaking away from All’Antico Vinaio’s two outposts in Via dei Neri, the Palazzo Vecchio tower overlooking the crowds, it’s instantly clear that this place is no secret.
