SOLO TRAVEL IN YOUR 30s
I’ve been solo travelling for over 18 years, and I honestly can’t see myself ever stopping.
I’ve done everything from city breaks to long haul road trips by myself, as well as three long term backpacking trips around the world – two in my twenties and the most recent 15 years after my first one at the age of 37.
If you’re thinking about trying solo travel in your 30s for the first time, or looking to build your confidence about going solo further afield, you’ve come to the right place!
More and more women are looking to try out solo travel in their 30s. I believe everyone should try it out at least once, and it is never too late to start. I would even go so far as to say that solo travel in your 30s is more rewarding.
When you’re in your 30s you know yourself better, you tend to feel more secure and sure of yourself and as a bonus you tend to have more money to spend on travel than you did in your 20s. It’s the perfect time to push your boundaries, try something new and get to know another side of yourself through solo travel.
The below blogs can help you start your journey into solo travel – whether you need ideas on destinations or advice and confidence building tips, my blogs on solo travel will help you on the right path.
